School Improvement Plan
At Priory Infant School we constantly evaluate what we do and try to find ways to improve and do things even better.
Every year in July the school prioritises things to work on in the following year across the curriculum, the premises and staffing.
Everyone on the school team is involved in discussing and setting the priorities. The Leadership Team then write the School Improvement Plan (SIP) which gives detailed targets, actions and costs for everything we want to develop.
The Governors monitor the progress of the SIP targets at each meeting and come into school to discuss how things are going with members of staff.
